At HP Derma, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before it reaches the “Processed / Quality Check” stage.

Prepaid Orders

Before Order Processing / Quality Check:

• A small deduction of 3% of the order value (payment processing fee) will be applied
• An additional cancellation fee of 5–9% may apply

After Order Processing / Quality Check:

• Cancellation is allowed, but charges will be deducted for:

– Forward shipping cost
– Return shipping cost
– Restocking fee

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Orders can be cancelled before processing (Quality Check stage)

• If a customer cancels after processing or refuses delivery:

– Future COD option may be restricted or disabled

Important Notes

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
• You may choose to request a return after delivery as per our return policy
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after applicable deductions
