Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Orders

Customers may cancel their orders before the order reaches the Quality Check stage.

Prepaid Orders

Before Quality Check

  • Cancellations will incur a 3% deduction of the invoice or order value (whichever is higher) towards payment processing charges.
  • An additional 9% cancellation fee will be applied.

After Quality Check

Cancellations are allowed but will incur deductions for:

  • Logistics charges (forward and return shipping)
  • Restocking fees

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers may cancel their order before it is processed and reaches the Quality Check stage.

Cancellations after the Quality Check status, or refusal to accept delivery, may result in:

  • Restriction or removal of future Cash on Delivery (COD) order privileges.

Policy Changes

HP Derma (https://www.hpderma.com/) reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy, including pricing structures, at any time before billing for current or future transactions.
