Returns

Please note that cosmetic products, once sold, cannot be returned. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any cosmetic items.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for any products after they have been shipped and received by the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been issued and you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be reflected.
Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds (if applicable).

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

Email us at help@hpderma.com.
Provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video of the damaged product.

Important

An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. The video must:

Be recorded continuously from the moment the package is opened.
Have no pauses, edits, or cuts.
Clearly show the package, product, and the damage or incorrect item received.

Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is applicable, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
